Problem many Indexing-Tasks and Acronis-Support is very bad

hi,

I have send the following problem "many Indexing-Tasks" to acronis-support at 28. august 2011 and become no reaction from the support till this day!

This is the problem:
Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 do not work properly! The system has many Indexing-Tasks. Two Indexing-Tasks stay on zero percent for over 9 day's. All Backup-Jobs must be deactivated, the Indexing-Tasks block the storage nodes and no backup work!

the Case-Id is: 01024120

I have checked the case, and case see that it has been escalated to the next level of support, and currently our Experts team is working on it.
