Some information on the firewall setting:
PC2 has unlimited access through the firewall (not blocked).

When PC2 is connected directly to the LAN (same network as PC with AMS) it recovers ok.

Hi Bas

Just wanted to get some extra details with your WAN connection, is this via the internet?

Also do you have a VPN running and are you able to connect to the remote PC ok (eg, copy/past files between the systems ok?)

It might be good to check the following details as well to ensure you have the correct port opened on both ends/systems:

Hi,

No, the WAN is not over the internet.

I can reach PC2 from the PC with AMS and vice versa without problems.
The Backup is working ok, so files can be transferred up and down.

First I opened only TCP 9876, but later I have opened all for PC2 - PC AMS.

Attached is a simple diagram.

Thanks,

Bas

Problem solved.

Was related to the PC on the WAN side of the firewall.

With another pc it worked normally.

Hi Bas

Thanks for the update on this one, glad to hear you managed to get this sorted out.
