Previous Serial # lost

Thread needs solution

The Activation accepted my serial # although asks for a previous Serial # for the 2013 WD version which was lost with the program when the computer crashed & was forced to install Windows 10 again. Now what? I left the activation window hang, I really do not want to enter what is seems like one thousand numbers & letters again.

In fact all I need to do urgently is to recover my PC from an Acronis File....

Back up_full_b26_s1_v1

located on a External Hard Drive.

Obviously I wouldn't have this file if I didn't have a version of Acronis True Image to create it.

Actually I broke down to use Chat a while ago as I am not a Chit-chat type of person & since no solutions seemed to pop up on the Forum.

Chat Support solved my issue efficiently & quickly, EXCELLENT SUPPORT!!!
