recovery of a file not possible after full backup.
After I had always problems with the version 2015 I read that the version does not work very well with Windows 10 and that it is recommended to buy the new version 2016. I bought it but still have similar problems. I prefer to make full backups in defined time steps on a separate device and to disconnect the device from the PC.
Waht are the problems?
1. First of all it would be helpful to see all backups which I made during the past in a list on the application screen of Acronis. You can only see the last versin.
2. Although i made a full backup which was validated I'm not able to recover a certain file. The software says that it cannot find the version xx. The version is defintively on the external hard disk. So I'm really unsecure if my backup is succesful.
