Is very difficult to remove SSD from PC
If I leave it, connect it to SATA internally...
and boot to Acronis media -- should be a problem for sure or Not...?

What internal disk drives are installed in this PC and what type of drives are they, how are they connected?
Which disk is being used to boot into Windows on this PC?

2 x 1TB SATA SSDs
1 x 4TB SATA HDD
TO DISCONNECT A SATA internal DRIVE
REQUIRED POWER CABLE DISCONNECTED
OR CAN LEAVE CONNECTED POWER cable AND DISCONNECT DATA sata cable ONLY CABLE....?

You can disconnect the drive power cable and check that the drive is no longer shown in Windows disk management or Explorer.
It may be best to disconnect both power and data cables for 100% safety if intending to reformat one of the other drives - that way no mistakes can be made! Just tie the disconnected cables together and label them to avoid connecting back to a wrong drive later.
