Download problem?

Thread needs solution

As I understand it, for users with subscription licenses, ATI 2020 should be available by going to their Acronis Account page, selecting Products, and clicking "Downloads" in the Acronis True Image section.  I do that and the page hangs flashing three dots.  I've tried a number of times today, waiting at least 10 minutes in one of the tries.

Is this just an indication of an overloaded download server, or is there some other way I should be trying to do the download?

That's how I grabbed my update today (from my account profile and downloads).  I bet they are getting swamped with downloads.  Just to be sure though, try another browser.

Universal restore was also posted a bit later today.  I didn't have an issue getting it once it was actually there to download, but it did seem to download a fair bit slower than I'm used too.

I too downloaded the files via my account without any problem. But that was after the initial rush to download as ATI 2020 was released overnight (Melbourne Australia) so I did not get around to downloading until 10 am (+ 10 UTC). My notification email came in at 2.00 am Australian Eastern Standard Time.

I was able to do the download with Chrome but not FireFox.  Odd.  Of course it could be that activity had backed off by the time I tried Chrome.
