I can't uninstall True Image 2020 in order to start fresh with a new backup
Hi, I can't find this exact issue discussed. I have about 5 source complete disks or folders that each has it's own backup on an external harddrive. For a couple of weeks the backups have been failing saying something 'URL is invalid' or no target drive. I've tested the target drive using Seagate software and no errors. I can write/read/delete files from it myself . Oddly enough I've just manually started on e of the backups and although it through up several alert windows saying 'invalid URL' it later says ' backup successfully completed' and this is confirmed by looking at 'cleanup versions' option. On another of my backups the interface shows a source but now a blank destination. When OI clicked on change source I got a message saying ' An Error has occurred while obtaining the locatino information. If I try and delete a backup using the Acronis delete completely option I also get the 'Invalid URL window (actually 8 windows). It did however delete the backup from the interface and I was allowed to regenerate it using the identical source and destination. I'm not convinced it's a hard drive issue but I may get a new one - in which case I need to completely delete any trace of Acronis. In frustration I tried to do this the other day using the windows 10 built in mechanism and it wouldn't uninstall it for some reason. I'm in a Catch 22 sittuation. Can't fix the current backups or delete it to start from scratch. Can anyone suggest a solution? I really appreciate your help. Thanks Simon

Could you please tell us if was possible to resolve the issue?
Thanks in advance!

I have resolved the issue by creating a lot of space on my backup drive then creating new backups of my disks/partitions then deleting the old ones.
