True Image 2020 Build 25700 fails backup
This is ridiculous. A program such as this should work out of the box. Running Win10 fresh install.
True Image 2020 Build 25700
chkdsk c: /f is clean
sfc /scannow is clean
I'm backing up my SSD to a local drive. I've tried to delete the entire backup and create the backup again. If fails repeatedly.
I have not had any other version of Acronis installed on this computer.

Well it took me 20 minutes to find out how to create a report. Your signature says "Please do not send me Private Messages" but yet you've told me to send you a private message. Where and how do I send you a private message?
I have the report in dropbox so I'll need an email to share it with you.

Please help me get this figured out. I don't have a backup of any of my 11 hard drives. I've purchased 3 licenses. My computer is at risk without images.

Gary, look under my name at the left of this post and click on the 'Send message' option. The signature line is correct in that I cannot open my Account pages to read and respond to these private messages but I get an email notification for them which would include your dropbox link that I can follow.

Sujoy helped me figure this out by looking at the Acronis System report:
As I checked the reports and noticed, the backup is getting fails due to Incorrectly configured Microsoft SQL Server, that comes with Act! software.
Please follow the below steps:
- Open the Windows Start menu, type compmgmt.msc and press Enter on the keyboard
- Expand Services and Applications? on the left panel
- Click on SQL Server Configuration Manager
- Locate SQL Server
- Change the service logon from Local System to Local Service:
- Right-click on the SQL Server (ACT7) and select Properties
- On the Logon tab, select Local Service in the Built-in account drop-down menu, then click OK
- Reboot the computer
- Launch Acronis True Image, start the backup and see if it now succeeds
Please refer to the following article, which gives in detail information about Backup fails if Act! software product is misconfigured:

Gary, glad to read that this issue has been identified and a solution applied, thanks for sharing the update and link to KB 62064 (not one that I have come across previously, so well done to Sujoy for spotting that!).
