Restore operation failed with format/resize error, and input/output error
Hello,
I am trying to restore whole pc from the cloud. My whole back up is about 3 TB, so It’s extremely slow.
I ended up restore partition by partition, will that achieve the same result as a whole pc recovery?
Another question is, when I try to recover a large partition of 2TB, I have encountered operation failed error. Please see the attachment for the error log. This force me to retry again, which is very very frustrating. Is there anyway I can pre-download the back up from the cloud and then use the image to restore from local?
thank you

Looks like you should be able to download it all using a web browser. You need to go to the "Dashboard".
See the link below for "Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud". I think this is another product (or is it a shared service name?). However, the process should be the same or similar for True Image.

I have access to Dashboard using my Acronis account, but I don't think I have access to this feature, because I don't pay for the extras on annual basis. You can see in the screenshot below how that should look like. On the right side there is a gear icon. Click on it, and then Recovery.
