ATIH 2011Plus Pack - Specified File Does Not Exist
I have a file back up set to run each day. The back up is to a USB external drive attached to my network router. This morning, I received the error message, "The specified file does not exist" and it gives me an option to retry, browse a new location, or quit. I quit and went into the software to check the network credentials and they appear correct. I tested them and they worked. I also tried to run the back up manually. It gave me the same error. When I selected the option to select a new location, I was able to click through to the networked USB drive and to the correct partition. But, it wanted a file name. I was afraid to give a file name as the system is supposed to run automatically and I did not want to mess up the automated settings.
I have checked the obvious things based on reading similar posts; network credentials, back up space, if I had deleted any folders from the data being backed up (had not).
I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I am using Acronis True Image Home 2011 Plus Pack build Update 1 Build 6597.
As a final comment, I have a separate back up set up to back up my Pictures and I just ran it manually and it worked fine.
