Bad_Pool_Caller BSOD

Thread needs solution

Each time I unplug a USB drive, I get a BSOD. I ran WhoCrashed to find out what's causing it and there seems to be a Try&Decide program running in the background from the trial version, even though I purchased the full version. How do I resolve this issue?

DBS,

What version of Acronis True Image (ATI) are you running?

There is no program running in the background, but there is a driver that is loaded to support the T&D feature when needed.
It looks like the driver installation has been corrupted.

Uninstall ATI, run the cleanup utility found here http://kb.acronis.com/content/34876
Follow all instructions carefully. Do not let the utility reboot the computer before you complete the last 2 registry checks.
