Is it possible to do the same thing with an english version of Disk Director, that I'd like to change in italian version?
The problem is OS Selector does not know what kind of OS I've installed, but it's a simple Windows XP. I read that some version of OS Selector only works with Windows XP English version, so I'd like to try with a regional version of the Selector.

It is not very encouraging to see that Jens, despite some polite replies, does not appear to be getting much help (he has been waiting for 3 weeks now...?). But I have the same problem, so here goes...
I have a license for Acronis True Image 9.0 Home in the English language.
I recently purchased an upgrade to Acronis True Image 2009 Home, but I received the upgrade in the Dutch language.
Dutch is useless to me, I need to change it to the English version. Where can I download the English version, and how do I get the correct serial number for that version?

Last year I upgrade True Image Home to the English version 2009. Now I plan to switch to Windows 7 and lik to upgrade tot the Dutch version of True Image Home 2010. Is this possible?

Sorry for the delay with the response.
I've checked Forum logs - there are no traces of the serial key sent. That's strange, so I'll forward this information to the Administration team for them to check.
Actually you're right, Russian installation file should accept English key (this function was implemented in the latest builds) and install as Russian version. I will send you the link to the installation file in a minute, please, check whether you've received it.

Hi,
we are using Acronis Backup&Recovery Version 10 on hundreds of PC's (Medical purpose).
Now we have sometimes Acronis boot manager in FRENCH. How can we change it's language to ENGLISH?
- It was not possible to change with ctrl+shift (whereas it's just for keyboard layout.)
- It is installed on an English Win XP
- Acronis Licenses are purchased in France
- License no: you can check in my profile (I don't want to post it here ;)

Have you contacted Acronis Sales with your request?
The best way in the future to ensure you have English language versions is to change your Acronis country webpage to one of the English speaking ones - UK, USA, Aus etc.

You do not have to contact Sales, you are correct. In order to install Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 in a different language, you will need to download the installation package in that language.
I would really appreciate if you can let me know which versions you would like to install, I only found 1 version in your Acronis web-account and I will then generate the correct unique links for you.

It is not necessary to install the English package yet. Basically at the moment our most recent versions work like this: if you have a French license key and want to install the program in English, you will need to download the English .exe file for it. You can either contact the Forum team for this or our Support team.
In order to install the English version, you will need to uninstall the French version first, I am sorry for any inconvenience.

Seems I'm not alone. I got Acronis True Image Home 2011 as a present. Being the last item in the store, my daughter didn't notice it was an English version and I am Belgian, speeking Dutch.
I'm afraid I'm doing things wrong with the program, so I would ask if there's a possibility to get the Dutch version of my software.
