I just purchaed the Online 250GB Backup service for $29.95 a year & before my purchase the FAQ's for this product / service states that upto 5 computers can be used per account / service for one rate. However, one I completed checkout & my credit card was charged $29.95 a statement read that the use of upto 5 computers per account is only for the first month. Which one is correct? How many computers can use the paid service? If it is in fact only one, then I need to cancel

The statement appeared on the receipt after check out. No big deal at this point because the service & application has not worked for the past three days (after purchase) & after a spending over an hour finding away into their customer service page, online chat said the servers would be up in 18 to 20 hours & their still not up. So because of a lack of communication & a few other reasons I've decided to move over to Mozy ~ now i start the refund process tomorrow afternoon
