Impossible to clone and other things - TrueImageTools.exe error

Thread needs solution

Hi,
Long ago, I wrote in this forum because I can't run Acronis 2012 on both my computers. Only Backup works. Everything else no.
If I try to start the clone, the application will not start (windows shows the classic message "stopped working") and Acronis will remain open in the "Acronis Start Window". It's a month I try to solve the problem but did not succeed. I tried everything.
The Windows log tells me the following (it's in my language but I think that is understandable):

I wrote to this forum some days ago. It's incredible that I can not use the program and not getting any response.

Some updates:

I found that Acronis works only if I start the application again and again and again ...... until it works!! Absurd!!!! and even when it starts, I only hope that the application will run, until the cloning process start!!! It's an incredible thing!!!!!

This happens on both my PC. I want to be accurate: PCs that with Acronis 2010 and 2011 I never had any problem!

From all this, I can only say that your software, version 2012, is seriously buggy!

Now I want to know (and I hope you will kindly respond to this at least) the exact procedure to follow to do regularly request to get my money back.

Remember this is a user-forum, and participation from Acronis employees is far from systematic.

It is hard for another user like me to diagnose the kind of problem you have. You should try to uninstall 2012, run the clean up utility for 2011 and 2012, reboot in a clean boot (use msconfig to disable all non-Microsoft services and start up items, and install 2012.
