Not all folders showing in "my documents" whilst setting up file backup

Hi all,

I'm setting up a file backup including the "my documents" folder but not all folders in "my documents" are showing up. There's at least 2 folders which don't appear during the file selection stage. Anyone else experienced this?

I've attached a pdf showing the 2 side by side - note that the Silent Hill and Stalker folders on the right do not show up in the Acronis set up screen on the left.

Running TI Home 2011 on Windows 7 x64.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any help would be appreciated or should I start a support ticket?

Hi Adrian

I think you are forgetting that there are two locations in Libraries the users documents folder and the public documents folder.

I suspect that the folders you are "missing" are in the public area.

In your image the left and right sides are not showing the same location as a starting point. The right side is starting in libraries try expanding the little arrow and then looking at the two items that I believe will appear.

Ray - you're a star! Didn't realise the one shown on the right (within Windows) consolidated both folders. Have now found the public docs folder in Acronis and the "missing" folders are there!
