What does this error mean? I have a 20Mbps connection and cannot backup to the cloud because the backup appears to stall.

I have the same problem here.
When this happens, normally I can't access my backups under my personal vault either, which I guess that could mean that the agent has lost connection with your online storage servers.
This problem has happened to me several times and sometimes it is corrected in a few minutes but other times, the connection is lost for hours so the backup can't proceed.
Please advise why is this happening and how can this be solved

I'm having the same issue.
I'm evaluating the product and so far I'm not impressed.
After my initial full backup during which I had to manually intervene four times I've not been able to get a differential backup in three attempts.
It seems like the backup vault can't be accessed by the backup process but I can still see it and interact with it in the vaults menu.
Any advice would be appreciated.
