Product Installation Issues

Thread needs solution

Good Day!

As mentioned in a earlier post, I managed to install TIH2012 on my XP Home. It was on trial basis. After checking the manual, I purposely uninstall TIH2012. I got a blue screen after re-start. Since I could not get into my PC, even via Safe Mode or after applying most recent configuration, I decided to re-format my PC and do a fresh OS install.

I do not think that I will purchase TIH2012. Not this product. Perhaps some other Acronis product in the future.

TQ

Hi!

I've just wasted a day trying to install ATIH 12 on a computer that previously had ATIH 10 and 11 on it. Thanks to help from all you guys, I got it working at last this morning. How?

1. Having run the clean-up utility, I then checked the registry - there were about 100 or more previous ATIH files left in it. I cleaned them all out using CCleaner.

2. I disabled firewall and AV protection (Kaspersky)

3. I then installed as Administrator (right-click on "Run").

3. It now works - so far!

Some advice:

Copy the .exe file to a safe place - if you want to do a clean install, you will lose the downloaded file on the HDD. And then you're stuck - if you've paid for it, it is not in your Acronis account (not activated) - if you're in Europe, cleverbridge is only clever at taking money - there is no download link there (at least I didn't find it).

Acronis:

1. I was about to get rid of both my ATIH installations in favour of another application. You need to be much more clear and specific in your instructions about installation when downloading the ATIH 12 .exe. The complexity of cleaning up old versions and correctly installing a new one makes the "Home" version anything but easy for someone unfamiliar with the steps that the cleanup/installation requires.
2. Also, why is my fully-paid up, activated version of ATIH 12 not shown in my account with you, where my previous purchases are recorded?
3. Although I have a French email address, I don't need Acronis to automatically convert these forum pages into French without at least giving me the option to revert to English.

I hope this helps at least one guy out there!

Hello George,

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear about the installation issue and I am happy to see that it was resolved.

The reason Acronis True Image 2012 Home was not available in your Acronis web-account download section is because it was not registered. I have done it for you and if you need additional help with that please let me know.

You can change the forum language options by clicking on My Account->Edit->Language.

I have submitted your feedback to our Customer Listening System and if you have additional questions please let me know.

Thank you.

I just downloaded ATIS 2012, yesterday. Installed it. No errors. Click on Proceed, or Finish (then click on desktop icon), goes to program screen. Click on Anything, "Not Responding" comes up on top of window. Tried a re-boot and re-run. Same thing. Tried uninstalling and reinstall. Same thing.
I have Win Xp Sp3.
Should I use the 2012 Acronis cleaner and re-install? Is there a Patch (auto update check said up-to-date).
I have SeaTools installed (from a while ago). Could that be getting in the way.
Norton Internet Security 2012. Norton Utilities v15. EMC Retrospect Xpress.
I liked the Full version Acronis TruImage being used at work, so, figured I would get the home version.

It is possible that either Seatools orNortons is getting in the way.

I suggest trying a repair install to begin with, but have Nortons disabled during the install.

If seatools or retrospect have a service or run in the background at log on time, I would temporarily suspend these during the install.

I have wasted 2 days trying to install 2012. Followed advice from chat support, the installer does not appear to clear the registry. I have done a manual clean up but 2012 refuses to install, just reports a fatal error occurred. Even worse I cannot now re-install 2011 as the installer reports a version of 2011 already is installed, even though I have uninstalled it. I am sure this saga would be fun if I wanted to be an Acronis installer expert, as it is I just want to use my computer for my main business. Will someone from Acronis please get to grips with these widespread issues and put a fix in place, or give me my money back.

Pete,

Have you run the actual 2012 cleanup installer found here?

What does the 2012 MSI installer log show (look for entries with -3 beside them, start from th ebottom of the log file upwards, or post it here after removing the serial number that will be embedded in it)?

What AV and firewall software are you using?

Have you tried installing by right clicking on the installer file and selecting 'run as administrator'?

Did you have a copy of 2011 Plus Pack installed, as this can prevent installation of 2012 if not removed?

I have run that cleanup installer. I use MSE for AV and firewall. As for the rest of your comments should I really have to do all this kind of nonsenese just to install a bit of software? I think I would really like my money back and go elsewhere, how do I do that?

Hello Pete and Colin!

Thank you for your comments. Colin, thanks a lot for your help.

Pete, I completely understand your concern and disappointment. You can surely requested a refund for the Acronis True Image Home 2012, as you're within 30 days after purchase period. To return software download to Acronis, please submit a request to Acronis Customer Service with your order details.

Should you change your mind, we will be really glad to help you with the installation process. It's hard to say for sure what caused the problem due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information, but I assume that there is some drivers conflict. We would really appreciate if you could provide us with the following diagnostic data:

  1. Acronis Info from the problem machine
  2. MSI log, if possible. If not, then
  3. Crash dump

These logs with help us to localize the cause of the problem, and find an appropriate solution to the situation.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you.

See my post dated October 26. The Acronis clean-up utility only cleans version 12 - and badly at that. It will not clean up previous versions.

I suggest you download CCleaner (Free Download - www.piriform.com/ccleaner) and run that. You'll be surprised at the number of registry entries that it finds, refering to Acronis True Home.

Yes - I agree it is time that Acronis get a grip on this problem after so many posts, and poor advice. Maybe the "Home" market isn't worth too much of their attention?

Good luck Pete!

I cannot get the True Image Home 2012 Upgrade to install; I get “Fatal error during installation.”
Running Windows XP-SP3
I have had live chats with Tibbesh, Sunil, Aayushmaan and Jijo, none of their suggestions have helped.
They have tried remote sessions but Webex will not install.
I have disabled my virus and firewall software, no help.
I’ve run the Clean-Up program; there is not a trace of “Acronis”, “TrueImage” or “vididr” in the registry
I’ve deleted everything from the TMP folder.
I tried the Revo Uninstaller software to do an install, no help.
The log shows “MSI (s) (9C:70) [10:32:17:828]: Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: Acronis True Image Home 2012. Product Version: 15.0.6056. Product Language: 1033. Installation success or error status: 1603.” I assume 1063 is an error number but I can’t find out what that means, all the references in the Knowledge Base that I have found are for version 2010 and none apply to 2012.
Anyone have any suggestions as to what I might try next?
Ken

Ken,

I take it that your install of XP is not one that has been 'tinkered' with (such as turning it into XP-SP3 Lite etc) and is a standard Microsoft version. I mention that as you say Webex wouldn't install either and as Cisco own Webex that is a completely different company's product that won't install correctly.

What was the version of True Image you had previously?

Is your version a non English version, as build 6056 is not a released English language build?

If it was TIH 2011, check that if you have the Plus Pack, you have uninstalled it before trying to install 2012. Plus Pack does not appear under Acronis in the Add/Remove programs list, but under 'P'.

Is your PC one that is maintained by a company IT department who might have put group policy restrictions on the machine?

Do you use a log in to gain access to your Windows desktop?

Do you get a successful install if you select install for single user rather than all users?

Error number 1603 is defined by Microsoft as -ERROR_INSTALL_FAILURE 1603 Fatal error during installation., but then you already knew that! :) It can be notification that a driver has not installed correctly (Microsoft have 530 articles on this error code), which would seem the most likely cause in your case.

Do you have Microsoft Office installed?

Is your video driver upto date?

Have you by any chance an ancient scanner SCSI driver installed?

Do you have a registry tracer or protector utility installed?

If you have a 3rd party defragmenter installed that service may also need to be temporarily stopped for the install.

Have you tried installing using the 'Run as Administrator' option by right clicking on the installer file?

Colin, thanks for your reply.
My XP is a standard version, SP3.
When your live chat person tried to do a remote session he tried to install Webex on my system, but it wouldn’t install, just hung up.
My previous version was 2009, it worked great. I have uninstalled it while trying to install 2012.
The 6056 version was sent to me as a link by your support person named Tippesh via email. I also purchased the DVD which came today, Version 5545_en-US and just tried that, but got the same failure.
My PC is not maintained by anyone, there are no group policy restrictions.
I do not use a log in to gain access to my Windows desktop.
If I select Single User, it still fails.
Regarding the MS 1603 error, my Device Mgr. reports no driver problems.
I do have MS Office 2000 installed.
The video driver is up to date.
I do have an ancient scanner, HP PhotoSmart, but it’s USB.
No registry tracer or protector utility is installed.
I do have a 3rd party defragmenter, Smart Defrag, turned it off, install still failed.
'Run as Administrator' is not an option when installing from a DVD.
If you think a MS driver is the problem, how do I find out which one?
Ken

Similar problems that other people have reported, but less documentation on my end. Acronis 2012 failed to install 3 times on my Vista Home Basic machine. Seemed to install on the 4th time, but then the external HDD was not accesible. Ran the msi driver updates as noted here. This broke my Vista installation and I could not even restore the system - had to reinstall Vista. The HDD still unaccessible on my XP machine and also not on my Mac. i/o problem. Cannot reformat or anything. It was an older LaCie, but had no issues with XP machine and Acronis 2009 before this. I will probably just wait to revisit this at a future date, and continue to use 2009. Overall just lost a lot of time.

After running AVG PC TuneUp, I had to reinstall the operating system, wiping the apps from the hard drive. Now, I want to reinstall Acronis Online 2012, but have only the upgrade CDs for 2012, 2011, and 2010. The Acronis 2009 installation files are gone. How can I now reinstall the Acronis app?

Ian Wright

Ian,

Just to make sure of your install problem. All your 2010 - 2012's are upgrade versions and 2009 was your first 'full' version?

If you've registered all your serial numbers you'll be able to download 2009 from your account if you wish. However, assuming you have registered all your serial numbers, they will all be available for download in a text file in your account, so, you'll just need to enter the 2009 serial followed by the 2012 upgrade.

If you haven't registered your numbers then you'll have to contact support using the 'serial number' problem option giving them as much details as possible about your 2009 purchase.

Hi All,

Installation issue (Installs, I even see the desktop icons appear and then it rolls back):
Windows Vista Home 32bit/x86
DELL (If that helps due to some piece of software I don't know about).
Never had ATIH before on this laptop.

I have already read through everything here and tried it (except for an older version, which I don't have, and wish I could try). Please understand, one more time, that I *have* read through everything here, and around the Internet, and I have not created a solution. Yes, even creating a new user account. The only thing that I have not done, and it is not an option, is a fresh install of Windows.

I am attaching the install log file for anyone that can help me parse it. I have looked up the error near the end and have gotten nowhere.

I thank you for your time!!!

Eric,

Just bear with me whilst I ask if your video and storage drivers on the laptop are up to date? Does it roll back at the end of installation or somewhere before? Have you disabled UAC?

Which SP level are you on with Vista?

If you are still within your 30 day purchase period, I suggest opening a case and sending your two files to support. This error is widespread amongst many software vendor installations ranging from Adobe -> AVG -> Microsoft SQL server installs.

There is a Microsoft program tool that might help - http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall/en-us , however I tried it and found it a pretty useless tool (I can't install Disk Director Advanced Agent any more).

According to the Microsoft error header files for software developers your install is failing due to

#define STG_E_FILENOTFOUND _HRESULT_TYPEDEF_(0x80030002L) which means there is something that TIH requires to install that is missing on your system, what though is the big question!

For general information to others - the hex number is a manipulation from the the error number (Microsoft call it a 'facility' number) 2262 (type number) 2 and the error type itself 3. It does have a basis to the decimal number 2147287038 in hex

Dear support,

I recently bought the Acronis True Image 2012 as an upgrade from the Acronis Truw Image 2011.

After downloading it and started to install, after the old version was already removed, with administrative rights, it started to install but then it started to roll-back.

I have tried several times also cleaning up the temp file, but all with the same result. I sent already a comment and the error file on the webpage support form but sofar no reaction at all.

Please give me a solution in time otherwise I have to start a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Folkert Scholte

Dear Support Team,

Recently I bought Acronis True Image 2012 as an upgrade for the old 2011 version.

Before I installed the new version I de-installed the old version first.
I installed the 2012 version as Administrator but halfway the install it started a "Roll-Back". I already cleaned the temp file and tried again about ten times all with the same issue.

Do you have a solution for this because in the meantime your new program does not work or even worse I can not install it.

Please give me a solution in time otherwise I have to start a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.
I have already mentioned this on the webpage complaint form and emails but sofar no reaction at all from Acronis!!

Yours sincerely,

So are you saying that we cannot install Acronis because of a Microsoft Problem? I am starting to get very confused by all this. I have NEVER had a problem installing even some quite complex software resulting from a fault in Win 7.

Dear Support Team of Acronis,

Your comment and answer is ridiculous!!

Either your software should work and at least get it installed and even that does not do it. Your True Image Home 2012 sucks.

I start a dispute now to get my money back and look for another Backup program, such as NovaBackup or Genie Backup Manager Pro, they have a stable and perfect prgram and also a very good Support where you get an answer within 24 hours and you can have ticket when a problem should occur.

By, by Acronis. I think you lost a lot of customers with this answer and your so called new True Image 2012.

@Pete,

What I'm saying is that this error happens across many programs (it is not just acronis specific) and that it is the Microsoft error code for installations reporting a file that is need to complete the install is missing. This could be either a Microsoft component is missing or an Acronis component hasn't installed which is required to complete installation.

One reason I asked which service pack level the OS is at as a MS update could have changed whatever file is missing. The only way of finding out is to send Acronis a Windows system NFO file, the MSI log and possibly the Acronis report file (which will make an MS system.nfo file itself), so they can then see if it tells them what file is causing the problem.

The fact that most people are able to at least install TIH 2012 means this is a per install problem not a generic one.

Dear Admin,

Anything wrong with Drupal? I have unchecked so that I receive no notification; yet I still receive forum posts in my e-mail.

Appreciate if you could delete my account.

BR

Marco,

Did you uncheck under your account or under a thread. I believe the account setting overrides the per thread setting.

As far as deleting your account, I suggest PM'ing a moderator directly.

I posted earlier about install problems to a HP/Compaq machine running Vista. Could not recognize external HDD and trying to fix it led to a blue screen and could not boot computer. I did a fresh install of System 7 and now all is good. The problem I think was that Acronis 2012 is not compatible with the HP backup and recovery utility that was pre-installed - I saw a npte about that somewhere deep in the forum. A long way around, but I didn't want Vista anyway. So get rid of the HP utility!

I've been having problems with Acronis 2012 in that the nonstop backup stopped. So I was quite happy to find there was a new update. Unfortunately, the update failed with no information at the Knowledge Base article I was sent to. So now I have a non-working Acronis True Image Home 2012. Before I uninstall and re-install, is there any help?

I have attached the error log from this installation.

Thank you,
kjd

Blimey! Everyone hates this version don't they. I have just bought the upgrade (stupidly without reading this forum first!) and already have issues. Firstly, on my initial install last weekend, the software wouldn't accept my previous serial number. So I succesfully installed as a trial and updated to full version from within the program. Then, after backing up the PC I deleted some files and though 'ah, I have acronis backup, I'll just restore them' No such luck. When I browsed the backup and tried to get the files back I got an error. So, after reading posts about this error I tried uninstalling and re-installing yesterday. I got a message to download new version, which I did, and installed that. Once again, my old serial was not accepted, so I used the trial serial to install. Worked. Then I went to 'Enter serial' and entered my new and old numbers. So far so good. However... Now the 'activate' button is not doing anything. I can click it and click it over and over, and it highlights blue and responds, but absolutely nothing happens?? Only the cancel button works, which is no help.

What is going on? I can't believe software this buggy is released onto the market? I now realise just how fantastic and lovely 'Time Machine' is on my mac. No wonder people hate PC's with a vengeance..

I'm just off to try and do a file recovery with the new trial installed and hope that someone here can fix my problem with the activate button before I too start a dispute to get my money back.

Thanks
Roger

edit: OK, on the plus side, I have just succesfully managed to restore a file, so that at least is working. Now if only I can activate the software.... oh, and I can't try the 'move license' trick from another machine because I don't have another machine.

MUrad,

If you are thinking of making a system image the Home version can only be installed on Windows machines.

Ok, I just installed the latest version of ATIH 2012. I already had ATIH 2012, but there was a newer release so I installed it. Unfortunately, it would not install on its own, so I first had to uninstall the version I had then install the updated version. That also didn't work using the Win 7 control panel method, so I had to use the ATIH 2012 Cleanup Utility to finally get it to uninstall. The installation of the latest version then worked fine. However, after it was installed it didn't recognize that I had a registered copy so I needed to activate/upgrade it. It asked for my serial key, so I gave it my ATIH 2012 upgrade key, it then said since it's an upgrade it would need my previous key, which in my case was ATIH 2010 (also an upgrade, from 2009). In any event, when I entered that second key, the "Activate" button was no longer greyed out. However, when I click on it nothing happens. I clicked several times, and even restarted ATIH 2012 and tried again, but no matter what I do I don't get any response after clicking "Activate". What's up?!? As things stand now it will only work for 30 days, this is really frustrating (not only all of the steps I had to go through to simply update the software, but now the fact that it won't activate). Any help out there?

Just great. I just paid for the upgrade from ATIH 2010 to ATIH 2012. I thought I'd visit the forums to see if I could install over ATIH 2010 or should I uninstall 10 before installing 2012. But from the looks of these posts, I'll wait for a week to INSTALL and USE ATIH 2012. Crap. Really wanted to get installed with 2012 tonight and let a new back up run. Guess not now.....who has time to maybe have to do a system reinstall because the ATIH 2012 upgrade won't run smoothly? NOT was I was looking forward to hearing from current users....
(VISTA/HP)

I am have he EXACT same problems listed here. Upgraded from True Image 2011 to 2012. Install wouldn't finish and screwed up my machine. Had to roll back to last good config. Used the the clean-up utility for 2011 and 2012. I noticed on one of the notes in the KB that it said to "install for this user only". Tried that ... no change.

Very frustrating. I think it's unbelievable that users would be expected to PURCHASE SUPPORT for something that is clearly not been thoroughly Q&A'd. I work for a very large software company ... this problem seems everywhere. Proper Q&A processes are supposed to catch these bugs so that users don't get frustrated and so that ISV doesn't get slammed with support costs.

I'm running Windows XP SP3. Not sure what to do .... I'm tired of installing, uninstalling, running the cleanup tools, and getting the same bad outcome.

Is there any help on this? Anyone? I still cannot activate a product I paid for, and it will only work for another two week. WTF! It takes the latest serial, says it needs the previous one since it was an upgrade, I give it that serial, then click Activate (which is no longer grayed out after I provide the second serial), yet NOTHING happens!!!

For activation problems (ie: clicking activate does nothing), try using this link

For upgrading problems, if you have Plus Pack installed from a previous version uninstall it. It will be under 'P' in Windows Add/Remove Programs not 'A'. Make sure you reboot after the uninstall.

Temporarily disable your firewall and A/V program.
Ensure that your 'temp' folder is as empty as Windows will allow (click on Run and enter %temp%, which will take you to the correct temp folder).

If the problem still exists (make sure you are installing build 6131), post the MSI log file or error message here, but remove your serial number and email address from the log file - they'll be in the first 3rd of the log file.

I need poderzhkoy product but here I prendlagayut to communicate in English, I know its bad ..
And why not have a phone to Technical Support as all normal companies??
????

@post #140,

There is phone support, though online chat is quicker and possibly cheaper.

Log into your Acronis account and select 'Contact Support' from the right hand margin. Fill in the details as per screenshot.

I'm sorry but I can't quite understand what product you require support for or what your problem is from your post.

Good to see I am NOT GOING CRAZY......And sadly, in good company.......
Seems the company could care less about how many are having the same issues with this version?
Good Lord! this company doesn't seem to care much about putting out a solid product. I bought 2012 (according to the nice little reminder yesterday) 31 or 32 days ago, sorry, no support for you......
Had installed this on brand new install, vista,32bit , 4GB RAM plenty of resources, blah, blah, blah. I vaugly remember some slowness/funkyness to the original install, but somehow got it installed.
Went on to deal with the rest of setting this new machine up had been noticing it was notably ON ITS KNEES on a daily basis, didn't have time to look into it, NEVER even crossed my mind this POS was responsible. Yesterday, saw a notice to upgrade Acronis, I assumed we all trust backup software companies, like the AV guys, don't know much (then) about them, no need to worry........did the upgrade, it hung, hard reboot machine, safe mode, broke, hard broke new vista box, repair disk, and after many hours of farting around yesterday, some registry editing, I get the box back.
Today, after I had time to digest what happened yesterday (I don't give up easily) headed back to this mess....
1. did uninstall
2. did cleanup tool
3. installed 6131, fail, hard lockup, no go
repeat 1 & 2
4. turned off Nortons
5. moved install file to local drive
6. executed install from local drive
7. install ran a bit better, but still hung at end of install
8. repeat 1 & 2 above
9. safe mode, vista repair reboot
this time I am throwing this POS as far as I can and STILL am willing to give it a go when I see the Acronis folks step up and start helping in this forum. The common thread I am seeing from this thread (has any acronis employee taken a look at the content, ALL are having the same/similar issues), but yet they all get treated like we a re a group of dummies?

So, I will go cool off now, with my ONCE AGAIN healthy/Acronis FREE machine.......Maybe Acronis can get a bit more proactive with admitting the problem, build a product that will WORK as advertised........

BTW, let me mention one last time......with Acronis UNINSTALLED this machine runs like it should.......best guess, Acronis is building software for the
OK, rant over
Dave OUT.........

David Taylor ... almost my exact experience. I went back and reinstalled the 2011 version. I feel like these guys really ripped us off by putting out a good special for the 2012 upgrade. They were happy to take our money as they probably needed the revenue to make their quarter and gave us back a crap build.

There's NO WAY they couldn't know this software was defective if there is any sort of QA process in place. It's really ironic as they are supposed to be developing data protection products and their install completely screws up your machine!

Yep, nothing hurts more than a backup software company, or Anti Virus company getting you like these guys did.
Best guess, they (like a LOT of companies these days) are building software for the heavy horsepower boxes, i7 2600ks / 8GB 64bit boxes......sure feels like it......
In my case, there is another possiblity......I have 2 NAS boxes on my network, with 8 shares, and total of 12T storage........bet they come on scene, see the drive maps to those NAS's and try to make something of that?
Last uninstall/removal tool/vista repair done hosed my Nortons, a ROCK SOLID app until Acronis comes on site.....

Like I hope I pointed out above, yes, I am feeling abused, and like they are using the customer base as their test bed......for me, I have more important things to be doing, than R&Ding thier work.
I will hang around, if I see this company step up and start taking care of business (and thier customers) I will be happy to give it another go.

The only credit I can see giving this company at this point is for NOT taking down this thread......shows some backbone, but how about a working app?

Dave

Not exactly - many of my posts have been removed because, they say that according to the disclaimer at the beginning of this thread, and I quote:

"Pease note that this thread is related to the installation problems only. Please do not post any messages that are not related to the installation issues. All off topic posts will be deleted in order to avoid unnecessary flooding, and to speed up the process of providing Customers with assistance."

My/your posts don't qualify, so they remove them. Check to see if this post is available in a day or so. It should be post 146, but...............

Pretty bad.

Hello David, Dave and Nick,

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. We really appreciate it.

David and Dave, I am really sorry about these issues. You can always contact our official Support from your Acronis web-account. If your initial aftersales support expired, you can purchase a PPI license. If it turns out to be a known issue with our software we will refund the PPI.

Nick, you are more than welcome to a open a new thread related to the issues you experienced in our main Acronis True Image 2012 Home section.

Since this sticky thread focuses on installation issues, we had to remove your posts because they were not related to installation. This way, other Customers with installation problems can find a solution to their problem much faster.

There are many reasons for installation to fail that is why it will really help us if you could attach this diagnostic information to your posts.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Thank you.

Anton,
Sorry, but wasted enough time on this already, moving on .....will continue to watch this thread to see if you folks get this mess corrected, if so, and I see plenty of praise (rather than the lambasting you are currently getting) will think about giving it another go.
Regarding your offer for PAID FOR SUPPORT.................

Really?????????
(another good example of Acronis NOT getting this?)

Back to the sidelines.....
Dave

Hi,

I purchased True Image 2012 three days ago and have not been able to have it install. The installation process appears to be smooth until after "registering Modules", then my computer reboots. Some shortcuts appear in the Start menu under Acronis, but some are the default windows shortcuts. When I click on any of the shortcuts (even the ones with Acronis image), I get an error of Acronis True Image Home is not insatlled.

This has happened every attempt to install. I am running Windows XP sp3.

Looking for support to fix this.

Thanks,
Steve
