Disappearance of sub-menu of execute menu

Hello,
I've got a weird problem.
On several of my clients, the sub-menu of the execute menu disappear randomly.
I can't run a manual backup and even the automatic backup isn't working.
And the fact of cloning the backup order solves the problem.
The problem occurs on Acronis Backup & Recovery 11

It may be caused by antivirus. Check https://kb.acronis.com/content/46275 for possible solution (add Acronis folders to antivirus exclusions).

There no other well-known causes for such problem. If suggested solution doesn't help, I'd recommend to contact support.
